The Brutus Bolt Kids Race will start at 11:30 a.m. outside of Ohio Stadium and “Finish On The 50" inside the stadium. All registered participants receive an Official Finisher’s Medal and special Brutus Bolt Kids Race T-Shirt. See course map below for new Start Line location and course route.
The Brutus Bolt Kids Race will be approximately a half-mile and one parent can walk or run with each registered participant. Parents who walk or run with registered participants do not receive shirt or medal. Cost is $25.
Corrals: There will be corrals to pace the participants. Kids ages 8 & over will be lined up towards the front, followed by ages 5-7 and 4 & Under kids towards the back. Please follow the signage and line up accordingly for the safety of all participants.
Parent/Guardian Participation: One parent/guardian can walk or run with each registered participant. Please note, only the registered Brutus Bolt participant will receive a medal.
Wristbands: Each participant's parent/guardian will receive a matching wristband located on the Brutus Bolt bib. These must be worn during the race and at the Finish Line.
Finish Line Pick-Up Zone: If your child is running alone, you can pick them up at the Finish Line Pick-Up Zone (see map below). Once the race begins, you can enter the Stadium at Gate 8, go to the Inner Bowl & Enter the Field at Section 17/19 AA Stairs. Please note: you must have a wristband to enter the field.
Pacers: There will be volunteer pacers throughout the Brutus Bolt to ensure kids safely get from the Start Line to the Finish Line.
Spectator Viewing: Ohio Stadium will be open for spectators to watch friends and family "Finish On The 50." Spectators can enter through Gate 8 on the east side of Ohio Stadium with seating available between sections 8A and 22A.
